Spring
The season when all the forms of nature announce the arrival of warmer days ahead. The flowers start to bloom and the birds eagerly summon us outdoors to enjoy the refreshing weather with breezes and bright sunshine.
Nature comes alive when trees adorning new leaves appear majestic once more against the backdrop of a magnificent blue sky.
Without a shadow of a doubt, this is a glorious time to commune with nature. You may even catch sightings of local baby deer!

Summer
Summer is one the the most favoured seasons on the Coast, with its long days enjoyed by all. The sun rises early and sets late, and the entire day is filled with wonderful balmy breezes that flow through the forests.

Our surrounding area has mountain trails suited for all levels and ages through the provincial parks, allowing spiritual connections with nature.
Tread on fallen leaves of various hues, discover the many varieties of wild flowers and forest mushrooms – a coastal tradition in the fall.

Winter
During the winter you can have the best of both worlds on the Sunshine Coast: ski or snowshoe at higher elevations before returning to the mild rainforest at your doorstep.
Davis Brook Retreat is just a stone’s throw away from the access road to the Tetrahedron Provincial Park – favoured by outdoor enthusiasts throughout the year.
