Your room also contains a hidden Queen murphy-style cabinet bed, private en-suite bath/shower, separate semi-private large furnished covered deck over-looking the back exterior forested fern meadow and swimming pool with access to below. DELUXE INLET VIEW SUITE – $230* per night (Maximum 4 guests) Choose your bed configuration of 2 xl Twins or joined together with premium topper and bedding to form a King bed. Your room also contains a hidden Queen murphy-style cabinet bed, private en-suite jetted spa bath, large glass enclosed shower and dual sink vanity. • All rates are based on double occupancy and restricted to maximum guests specified per room.
• A one night deposit is required on all reservations.
• Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel or modify your reservation up to seven days prior to your arrival with a $50 charge.
• Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations within seven days of arrival.
• If your deposit is not received within 24 hours after scheduling your preferred dates, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
• Please indicate if you decide on staying more than one night, the balance for which must be paid upon arrival depending on availability.
• Rates are in Canadian Dollars (before applicable provincial and federal taxes) and include complimentary continental breakfast from 8:00-9:00 am. Please contact us after booking is confirmed if guests have food allergies.
• This is not a child-friendly property. No guests under the age of 12. Please comply, as this is asked at time of booking.
• Due to the sensitivity of our natural wildlife, dogs must be leashed at all times. Absolutely no pets allowed in upper B&B rooms. Guests must plan in advance to request the lower level pet suite which is a dog-only suite.
• Smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes is prohibited outside the designated smoking area on our property at all times.
• Check-in time is any time after 4:30 pm; Check-out time is any time before 10:30 am. Thank you and we look forward to your stay with us.
